By accessing or using Zapmatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Zapmatch Technologies Sdn. Bhd. operates Zapmatch as a technology platform. We do not handle property transactions, payments, deposits, agreements, or escrow. Licensed agents and users are responsible for their own due diligence, compliance, and decisions.

Our services are intended for use by Malaysian real estate agents who hold a valid REN or PEA license and are registered with a licensed agency. Public users may use the platform to search for properties and contact agents.

Agents using collaboration and matching features agree to maintain transparency, respect the original lister's property data, and keep communication professional and verifiable through in-app records.

Users are prohibited from using automated scripts to scrape data, engaging in fraudulent activity, misrepresenting property information, or harassing other agents.

Zapmatch provides collaboration tooling but is not responsible for the outcome of any real estate transactions or disputes between agents. We encourage agents to keep a clear audit trail through the platform activity log.
