Same day (within 3 hours): "Hi [name], thanks for viewing [property] today 🙏 What stood out most for you — the [layout / location / price]? Happy to answer anything."
Day 2 (if no reply): "Hi [name], just checking — would a second viewing or the floor plan help? I can also pull recent transacted prices for this area so you can compare."
Day 4 (soft close): "Hi [name], the owner asked for feedback. Are you keen to put in an offer, or shall I keep an eye out for similar units? No pressure either way."
Tip: always give the buyer an easy "not now" — it keeps the door open for the next match.
